The John J. Pershing VA Medical Center is seeking an A/E firm to replace the fire and domestic main phase II. The project will address existing deficiencies with the fire water main and potable water storage system not addressed in Phase 1. The A/E firm will be responsible for design development, site review, and design within funding limitations. The firm must have licensed professional architects and engineers currently registered in the state of Missouri or in a state of which Missouri has recognized the engineering license. The selection criteria include professional qualifications, specialized experience and technical competence, estimating effectiveness, past performance, capacity to accomplish the work, and claims, terminations, and litigation.
