Counseling and Parent Education Services

The County of Orange’s Social Services Agency is seeking qualified private firms, non‑profits, or higher‑education institutions to provide comprehensive Counseling and Parent Education (CPE) services focused on child abuse and neglect prevention and intervention. Services must be delivered by California‑licensed mental‑health professionals (MFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, psychologists, or interns) and include counseling, parenting workshops, and family‑strengthening activities. The three‑year contract runs July 1 2027 – June 30 2030, with an annual budget of $1.26 million (total $3.78 million) to be shared among all awardees.
