Independent Living Program Services

The County of Orange’s Social Services Agency is seeking a qualified firm to deliver Independent Living Program (ILP) services to eligible residents of Orange County. The contract will be a three‑year, fixed‑price agreement (July 1 2027 – June 30 2030) with an estimated annual budget of $2.55 million. Respondents must have at least five years of experience providing comparable services, be authorized to do business in California, and meet all state and federal compliance requirements (e.g., D‑U‑N‑S, UEI, DVBE, political‑reform disclosures). Proposals are to be submitted electronically by September 28, 2026; questions are due by September 11, 2026. The award will be based on a scored evaluation of technical and cost factors, with possible interviews in late October.
