Western Kentucky University seeks a qualified vendor to perform a comprehensive audit of its suppliers and related spend, with the goal of identifying cost‑saving opportunities, improving contract compliance, and supporting future solicitation efforts. The contractor will deliver analysis, benchmarking, and ongoing reporting throughout a one‑year contract (with optional renewals). • Perform spend‑analysis using analytics tools to produce category‑by‑category spend reports and visualizations. • Review and benchmark existing contracts, identifying gaps and quantifying potential savings. • Develop a prioritized savings roadmap, draft solicitation documents, and assist with competitive sourcing as needed. • Provide contract administration support, vendor‑performance tracking, and periodic savings dashboards. • Offer guidance for ad‑hoc vendor additions and ensure deliverables meet WKU’s brand, accessibility, and confidentiality standards.
