Residence Halls Cleaning Services

Kentucky State University is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive cleaning services for all residence hall rooms and shared spaces during the summer turnover period. The work must be completed by July 31 2026 and will continue under a two‑year contract (with up to two optional one‑year extensions). The university will evaluate proposals on price (90 %) and delivery schedule (10 %). • Clean and sanitize approximately 1,000 dormitory beds plus associated hallways, lounges, restrooms, interior windows, and high‑touch surfaces. • Perform all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision; subcontracting only with prior written approval. • Maintain required insurance limits (minimum $1 M per occurrence for general, products, auto, and personal injury liability) and provide certifications before contract start.
