S--HOOVER REPLACEMENT BUOYS FY 26

The United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) is seeking quotations for the replacement of buoys at the Hoover Dam. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the RFQ and is most advantageous to the government, considering factors such as technical capability, schedule, past performance, and price. The offeror must provide all required parts as listed in the Performance Work Statement and demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed the period of performance requirements. • The offeror must submit a complete quote package, including the quote format requirements, technical submission requirements, and submission instructions. • The offeror must provide specifications sheets for the supplies being quoted and ensure that the quote matches all requirements on the salient characteristics. • The offeror is responsible for confirming receipt of their submission. • The government will evaluate offers based on technical capability, schedule, past performance, and price. • The government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced.
