Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy Commissioning Services for BAS

The Wyoming State Construction Department is seeking a qualified firm to provide commissioning services for the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy in Douglas, WY. The selected firm will be responsible for providing professional services necessary to commission the new building automation system and HVAC controllers installed on new and existing equipment. The scope of work includes design document review, commissioning plan development, construction observations, and functional testing. The project is expected to be completed by September 30, 2026. • The firm must be licensed in the State of Wyoming as a professional electrical or mechanical engineer. • The firm must have personnel certified with ASHRAE BCxP certifications. • The firm must provide a statement of qualifications, including company information, personnel resumes, and past performance. • The firm must provide a services proposal, including a description of the services to be provided and a sequenced task listing. • The firm must provide a fee proposal, which will be submitted at the interview of the short-listed firms.
