Waste Removal & Recycling Services

Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive waste removal and recycling services across its seven campuses in Guilford County, North Carolina. The contract covers collection, transport, and disposal of a wide variety of materials—including trash, cardboard, paper, aluminum, plastics, glass, steel cans, aerosol cans, and other recyclables—using a specified mix of container sizes and service frequencies. The initial contract term is one year, beginning on or after November 1 2026, with up to two one‑year renewal options at the State’s discretion. Bids must be submitted electronically via the North Carolina e‑Procurement Portal by September 24 2026, 3:00 PM EST. Vendors must be registered in the NC Vendor Portal, provide pricing for each campus and container type, and submit required certifications, references, and insurance documentation.
