Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

The solicitation does not disclose a total contract value. Based on typical federal water‑quality monitoring contracts for a single work center, annual labor, equipment, chemicals, and reporting costs often range between $150,000 and $300,000. The base year is likely near the lower end, with optional years potentially adding incremental costs for continued monitoring and equipment refreshes. Therefore, a reasonable estimate for the total potential earnings over the five‑year maximum term is $150k–$300k per year, yielding a cumulative range of roughly $750,000 to $1.5 million.
