Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The RFP does not disclose a contract value. Based on typical municipal scrap‑metal and hazardous‑equipment recycling contracts for a city of ~340,000 residents, annual spend can range from $500,000 to $2,000,000 depending on volume of equipment, frequency of pickups, and commodity market prices for recovered metals and oil. The estimate assumes 10‑15 full‑truckloads per month, average haul‑out cost of $3,000‑$5,000 per load, plus recycling revenue sharing and compliance testing fees.
