Description
The State of Alabama Insurance Department is seeking a professional pharmacy benefits manager to provide examination services. The selected provider will be responsible for providing consulting services related to pharmacy benefits management. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, and the provider will be required to comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The provider must be able to provide consulting services related to pharmacy benefits management.
• The provider must be able to comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The provider must be able to provide services for a period of time to be determined.
• The provider must be registered to do business in the State of Alabama.
• The provider must comply with the Beason-Hammon Alabama Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act.
• The provider must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract with the State of Alabama.
