TC HDL GLU Testing Equipment & Supplies

The State of Vermont is seeking one or more qualified vendors to provide a full line of TC HDL GLU laboratory testing equipment, consumables, and related accessories on an as‑needed basis for its health‑related facilities statewide. The contract will be a 24‑month base period with up to two one‑year renewal options, and vendors must deliver items FOB to each ordering location, include a minimum one‑year warranty, and comply with numerous state‑mandated certifications (e.g., domestic‑product percentages, climate‑change, Ukrainian‑solidarity). Quarterly sales reports are required, and the State may request free samples or accept “acceptable equal” substitutes where allowed. Pricing must be firm for the base term, and no separate delivery charges are permitted. • Supplies include a specific Cardiocheck PA analyzer, control materials, test panels, lancets, PPE, sharps containers, gloves, wipes, sanitizers, and A1CNow+ kits – many with “no substitute” language. • All bids must be submitted electronically as a single searchable PDF (≤ 40 MB) by the deadline; no hard‑copy bids are accepted. • The contract emphasizes resident‑bidder preference, U.S.‑origin product content, and sustainability considerations, with a required Certificate of Compliance covering non‑collusion, Visa card acceptance, and other declarations.
