TEGUC- Emergency Generator System

The U.S. Department of State is seeking a quotation for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of one complete standby emergency diesel generator system for the Morgue of the Forensic Medicine Directorate in Choluteca, Honduras. The system should include a generator, automatic transfer switch, fuel tank, control panel, batteries, battery charger, and all necessary accessories. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for a complete operational system. • The system must meet the minimum requirements specified in the Statement of Work, including a rated output of at least 100 kW, a diesel engine, and a three-phase voltage of 208/120 VAC. • The contractor shall perform a pre-delivery inspection and deliver the equipment to the location specified in the Statement of Work. • The contractor shall provide a manufacturer's written warranty covering the generator system for a minimum of two years or 500 operating hours. • The contractor shall provide operation and maintenance manuals, manufacturer's technical manuals, electrical wiring diagrams, and recommended preventive maintenance schedules.
