Request for Proposals for the Implementation fo Generate Software/Common Education Data Standards (CEDS) Support for All EDFacts Files

The New Hampshire Department of Education is seeking a consultant to help implement the Generate software, an application based on Common Education Data Standards (CEDS), for all EDFacts files. The consultant will also guide NHED staff in migrating to a new CEDS data warehouse. The scope of work includes CEDS data warehouse architecture review and redesign, ETL development and documentation, and data retrieval. The consultant should have at least 5 years of experience with Generate, CEDS, and EDFacts files. Key responsibilities include: • Delivering a comprehensive advisory report on the CEDS data warehouse architecture • Recommending streamlined process workflows • Developing ETL processes for approximately 82 EDFacts files • Providing staff training sessions and ongoing support • Troubleshooting data migration issues and validation checks The project duration is approximately 16 months, and the consultant will work collaboratively with state information technology developers and database administrators.
