GTPE Training Package

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is issuing a solicitation for a set of three specialized training courses that are exclusively provided by the Georgia Institute of Technology. The courses (Adaptive Arrays, Basic RF EW Concepts, and Target Tracking in Sensor Systems) are required for the EO/IR Systems Engineering Certificate program and must be delivered to the Navy’s Dahlgren, VA facility. Offerors must be the original equipment manufacturer (Georgia Tech) or an authorized reseller with proper OEM authorization. The solicitation follows FAR Part 12 procedures and will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. • Three mandatory training courses (DEF 3503P, DEF 2501P, DEF 3520P) for Navy personnel. • Only Georgia Institute of Technology or its authorized distributors may submit quotations; OEM authorization is required. • All costs (including shipping to Dahlgren, VA) must be included in the quote; the contract will be firm‑fixed‑price and awarded to the lowest technically acceptable offer.
