The U.S. Army’s Global Tactical Edge Acquisition Directorate (G‑TEAD) is running an Accelerated Capability Event (ACE 27‑02) to identify, demonstrate, and acquire TRL 6+ electromagnetic‑spectrum (EMS) technologies for NATO/coalition forces on the Eastern Flank. Vendors submit a short white‑paper and video; up to 15 finalists are invited to a live soldier exercise in Germany, after which up to five winners receive prize funding and may be eligible for follow‑on prototype Other Transaction Agreements or SBIR awards. The competition focuses on four capability areas: passive electromagnetic support/surveillance, autonomous network management, electromagnetic environment visualization & battle‑damage assessment, and electromagnetic attack/active counter‑measures.
