Description
The City of Roseville is seeking qualified contractors to provide underground boring, concrete saw cutting, concrete removal/replacement, and conduit installation across city roadways and intersections. The work will be performed under a competitive negotiation process with an initial one‑year contract term and optional one‑year renewals for up to four additional years. Contractors must hold a valid California contractor’s license, be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations, and provide labor, equipment, safety, bonding, and insurance as required. Proposals must include detailed cost breakdowns for standard and urgent response scenarios, demonstrate technical capability, traffic‑control planning, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
