ON-CALL CONSTUCTION RESIDENT ENGINEER AND INSPECTION SERVICES

The City of Roseville is issuing an RFP for on‑call construction resident engineer and inspection services. Up to five consulting firms may be selected under a master professional services agreement for a three‑year base term, with two optional one‑year extensions. The contract will cover a broad range of civil‑engineering tasks, including roadway, bridge, bike‑trail, drainage, utility, and building inspections, quality control, safety monitoring, environmental compliance, and documentation. Individual task orders will be issued as projects arise, funded locally, by the State, or through FHWA/FTA federal programs. The City may award up to $1.5 M per consultant per year, with a total ceiling of $37.5 M over five years.
