This solicitation seeks a qualified construction firm to execute a comprehensive hurricane‑damage repair and improvement program for the Calcasieu Parish Government Building in Lake Charles, LA. The work includes full exterior envelope replacement (ALU‑clad panels, curtain‑wall, standing‑seam metal roof), interior renovations on all four floors (walls, ceilings, flooring, lighting, HVAC, electrical, plumbing), roof replacement, structural steel reinforcement, and extensive site‑work (paving, landscaping, drainage, ADA‑compliant access). The contract is split into a mandatory FEMA‑funded Base Bid and an optional Owner‑requested Alternate Bid for additional upgrades.
