Marine Loading Arms Sources Sought

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking sources for a contract to provide maintenance and repair services for Marine Loading Arms (MLAs) at various locations worldwide. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract with a 5-year period of performance, including a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing preventive and corrective maintenance services for MLAs, including overhaul and repair by replacement.
