Marine Supplies and Vessel support services

The Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) requires the services of professional marine suppliers and boatyards to provide supplies and equipment, as well as repairs, maintenance, and inspections for all equipment used by DMF. The DMF will be awarding multiple contracts in the coastal regions of the Commonwealth through a rolling enrollment RFR. This will become a list of qualified vendors that can be used to fulfill certain needs as they arise. • The contract will be for a period of 2 years with 3 renewal options of 2 years each. • The contractor will provide goods and services as needed. • The commodities being procured are marine supplies and vessel support services. • The fiscal terms are based on a prompt payment discount or a 45-day pay cycle. • The performance measures are price, quality, service, and timeliness.
