Yellow Ribbon Event

The 158 Fighter Wing is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources to provide a resort-type venue to host a Yellow Ribbon Event. The event requires a venue that can accommodate approximately 200-300 families on site, with meals available, and various rooms for different activities. The venue should also have activities included on site and within a 5-mile radius, as well as child care options. Interested parties can submit a written reply of not more than 10 pages, addressing each of the above items and defining how their company has the capability to provide a solution that meets the above requirements. Some key points to consider are: • Accommodations for approximately 200-300 families on site • Meals available on site (individual and/or catered) • One large room to accommodate (approximately 600-900 people) • Two medium break out rooms (200 people with tables) • Two smaller meeting rooms (50 people with tables) • Activities included on site • Activities available on site and within a 5 mile radius • Child care options
