The successful bidder will be responsible for all costs involved in the operation and maintenance of the concession, including equipment, labor, and supplies. The concession will operate from Wednesday to Sunday, with extended hours possible during peak season. The bidder must also comply with all applicable state and federal statutes and regulations.
