Description
This solicitation seeks two (2) circuit‑card assemblies (NSN 5998‑01‑172‑1509‑WF) for the F‑16 aircraft, including all required manufacturing qualification documentation, counterfeit‑prevention plan, and compliance with MIL‑STD‑130, MIL‑STD‑129, MIL‑STD‑2073‑1E, and CMMC Level 1. The award will be made to the pre‑qualified source Elbit America, or to any other U.S. contractor that submits a qualification package. Pricing must be provided in quantity‑break ranges and will be firm for 120 days. Deliveries must be completed by 30 Apr 2028, with partial or early shipments accepted at no additional cost.
• Provide 2 EA of the specified CCA (part # 16E10116‑807) with full packaging, marking, and inspection reports.
• Include a Counterfeit Prevention Plan (CDRL A001) and meet all relevant quality‑control clauses (52.246‑11, 52.209‑1).
• Must be CMMC Level 1 compliant; all data and reports submitted via WAWF.
