FY26_Intent to Award Sole Source Notice_Maxwell AFB Camera Upgrade Requirement

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB is giving notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Albireo Energy, LLC for the upgrade of the camera system at Eaker Center Headquarters, Building 1404. The new digital security cameras must be procured from the same vendor to ensure full compatibility, seamless integration, and reliable communication with the existing security infrastructure. The equipment will remain under Albireo Energy warranty, and all work must be performed by Albireo Energy or their authorized technicians. • The current cameras installed at Building 1404 are no longer functioning reliably due to prolonged exposure to outdoor elements and the age of the equipment. • The new digital security cameras must work in cohesion with the door control system. • The contractor needs to be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM) and be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). • Respondents are requested to provide information demonstrating their company's ability to meet the requirement, including current capability, company name, point of contact, email address, telephone and fax numbers, type of business and size, Cage Code, and UEI number.
