Residential Reentry Center (RRC) and Home Confinement (HC) Services within the area of Albany, New York

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability to provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located in Albany, New York. The RRC services will be provided on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The period of performance will be for a one-year base year and four, one-year option years. The contractor must ensure that total 21 beds and a maximum of 42 beds are available for in-house RRC services, and a guaranteed minimum of 9 placements and estimated maximum of 18 placements for Home Confinement services. • The RRC requirement will consist of a guaranteed minimum of 21 beds and a maximum of 42 beds for the one-year base period and each of the four one-year option periods. • The Home Confinement requirement will consist of a guaranteed minimum of 9 placements and a maximum of 18 placements for the base period and each of the four one-year option periods. • The Home Confinement radius will be within 200 miles of the RRC facility. • The contractor must provide RRC services and Home Confinement services in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work (SOW) entitled "Residential Reentry Center, March 2022 SOW". • The contractor must ensure that all usage amounts are estimates only and that the Government reserves the right to award without negotiations and to make an award which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Government.
