Sale of Baled Post-Consumer Manifold Coloured Ledger (MCL)

The Fort Knox Qualified Recycle Program is issuing an invitation to bid on the sale of baled post-consumer manifold colored ledger (MCL). The bidder will be required to pick up the materials within five working days after notification. The materials consist of approximately 40,000 lbs. (20 tons) of PS 39 Manifold Coloured Ledger (MCL). The bidder must provide a 53-foot van trailer for transportation and is responsible for securing the load. The payment terms are based on the best price offered, and the bidder must pay within 45 calendar days from the date of pick-up. • The bidder must conform to all state, federal, and local laws and regulations in the processing, sale, and disposal of materials received. • The bidder's vehicles shall be subject to search by law enforcement authorities at any time upon entry to and while on the Fort Knox installation. • The bidder must provide transportation related to the pick-up and/or shipment of the recyclable materials at no charge to the QRP. • The bidder must submit any product deductions within thirty calendar days from the date of pick-up.
