SUB 6 15kV Circuit Breakers

The City of Rocky Mount is requesting sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors to furnish and install two (2) complete 15kV circuit breakers at a City-owned facility. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, freight, supervision, and services necessary for the installation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. The City reserves the right to waive any minor informality or technicality in bids received. Key aspects of the project include: • Furnishing and installing two (2) complete 15kV circuit breakers • Providing all labor, materials, equipment, freight, supervision, and services necessary for the installation • Excluding electrical substation connections, concrete work, foundations, pads, earthwork, grading, or other site civil construction • Complying with applicable codes, regulations, and standards • Completing work within 6 months from Notice to Proceed • Providing a full five-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship
