The Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified small businesses certified under NAICS 513210, Software Publishers, to provide commercially available software products, software licensing, updates, maintenance, and technical support solutions that meet INL's operational and cybersecurity requirements.
