Brokerage Services for Healthcare and Ancillary Benefits

The County of Northampton is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals and organizations to offer expert consulting services supporting the efficient administration of the County of Northampton employee benefits plans. The scope of work includes strategically planning, designing, negotiating, and implementing the best coverage and cost for selective employee benefit programs to include Health, Dental, Vision, and other Ancillary/Voluntary benefits. The contractor will be responsible for providing various services such as reviewing and reaffirming the goals and objectives of the benefit design, advising on market and like organization trends, and assisting in the preparation and development of "Request for Proposal" for products necessary to implement the benefit plans. • Provide expert consulting services for employee benefits plans • Review and reaffirm the goals and objectives of the benefit design • Advise on market and like organization trends • Assist in the preparation and development of "Request for Proposal" for products necessary to implement the benefit plans • Provide liaison services between the County of Northampton employee benefits program and other benefits contractors • Participate in the preparation and presentation of the quarterly financial reports for any self-funded plan • Perform special projects as requested by the County of Northampton
