The State of South Carolina’s Department of Natural Resources is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a complete unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system comprising DJI Matrice 4TD thermal drones, associated flight batteries, and spotlights, together with on‑site delivery, activation, training, and 24/7 lifetime support. The contract will run for approximately three months, with delivery required within 90 days of order issuance.
