DHCD2023-39 EA Hotel Motel Provider Services

The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is seeking respondents to provide hotel, motel, or other lodging rooms for families experiencing homelessness. The contract will be for 11 months, with the possibility of renewal for up to 9 years and 2 months. The selected respondent will be required to provide rooms that comply with all applicable local, state, and federal statutes, laws, and regulations. The respondent will also be required to provide housekeeping services, laundry services, and access to wireless internet.
