6515--Mt. Home Sterilizers

The James H. Quillen VAMC is seeking a contractor to provide three brand name or equal steam sterilizers and supporting accessories. The contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order with a period of performance from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026. The contractor must be a verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The solicitation includes a detailed description of the required sterilizers and accessories, as well as the terms and conditions of the contract. • The sterilizers must be capable of sterilizing up to 12-25lb instrument trays. • The sterilizers must have a high-capacity chamber and a full jacket design to minimize condensation. • The contractor must provide all necessary labor and materials for installation and deinstallation. • The contractor must also provide a trade-in for existing Century sterilizers. • The contract includes various clauses related to payment, warranties, and terminations.
