Ramp Tower Services

The Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) is seeking proposals for Ramp Tower Services at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). The successful proposer will be responsible for providing active control of aircraft in all CVG controlled non-movement areas. The scope of services includes traffic sequencing, separation, pushback control instructions, deicing queuing management, and remote parking operations. The proposer must have experience providing ramp tower services, including virtual ramp control management and technology. The contract will be for a term of four years with an option to renew for an additional four years. • The proposer must provide a single point of contact for all routine issues. • The proposer must staff a minimum of 2 controllers on duty to operate the Ramp Control Tower 24 hours a day. • The proposer must establish and maintain a training curriculum for controllers and supervisors. • The proposer must comply with all TSA security requirements. • The proposer must provide individual company email addresses to RCT personnel for cybersecurity compliance.
