Description
The Town of Wethersfield is seeking a commissioning firm to provide full commissioning services for the Highcrest Elementary School. The successful firm must demonstrate extensive experience in all facets of architectural and MEP design for K-12 educational facilities, including conceptual design services. The firm must also have successful experience with the State of Connecticut Office of Grants Administration Process. Qualified firms are required to submit their Proposal in accordance with the solicitation package requirements.
• The commissioning services will be for the Highcrest Elementary School.
