Solicitation Waiver, Air duct and vent cleaning

The State of Nevada, Department of Human Services, is seeking a non-competitive contract for air duct and vent cleaning services. The contract is expected to start on February 13, 2025, and end on December 31, 2028. The selected vendor will be required to provide cleaning services for the buildings located on the Charleston campus. The estimated value of the contract is $36,000. • The contract will be for a period of approximately 3 years and 10 months. • The vendor will be responsible for providing air duct and vent cleaning services. • The contract is expected to be awarded to Stanley Steemer, as they were the only vendor to respond to the informal solicitation. • The State of Nevada reserves the right to cancel or modify the contract at any time.
