MOCC Unify Reconnection Services

The US Air Force is seeking sources to provide reconnection services for the OpenScape Voice console at the MOCC telephone and radio communications system. The scope of work includes providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services to perform the reconnection of the OpenScape Voice console for eight controller positions. The Air Force anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition or agreements for this effort, which is expected to result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. • The NAICS code for this effort is anticipated to be 238210, with a size standard of $19,000,000. • The Air Force reserves the right to consider a small business set-aside for any subsequent acquisition based upon responses to this notice. • Small business respondents should provide a statement of capabilities to assist the Air Force in making a set-aside decision. • Responses must be received no later than 1:00 pm MST, 23 February 2026.
