A/E Services for Miller Grove High School Building Facade Repairs and Replacement

The DeKalb County School District is seeking professional architectural and engineering services for the Miller Grove High School Building Façade Repairs and Replacement project. The project involves the design of repairs and replacement of the building façade, including the evaluation of the building envelope and identification of failures in the vapor barrier and openings at all exterior walls. The selected firm will provide professional design services, including schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration. The project is expected to be completed within 365 days. • The project requires experience in K-12 public school programs and knowledge of Georgia Code. • The selected firm must demonstrate financial strength and have the necessary insurance coverage. • The firm must be authorized to do business in the State of Georgia and have professional service registrations. • The project will be evaluated based on successful related architectural experience, proposed project staff and their functions, workload, equitable distribution, and references.
