Budget estimate

$7,500,000 – $15,000,000

The estimated budget for this contract can be determined by considering the number of students and guest instructors that need to be accommodated, the length of their stay, and the cost of lodging and transportation services. Assuming an average cost of $100 per night for lodging and $50 per day for transportation, and considering that the contractor will need to accommodate at least 85 students and guest instructors for a period of five years, the total estimated budget could be around $1.5 million to $3 million per year, depending on the actual costs and the number of students and guest instructors. Therefore, the total estimated budget for the five-year contract could be around $7.5 million to $15 million.
