The Maryland Department of General Services is seeking architectural and engineering services for the renovation of the historic Tea Room at Gambrill State Park in Frederick, Maryland. The project includes water intrusion, building envelope and system deficiencies, and interior renovations, including ADA-compliant kitchen and restroom facilities. The selected Offeror will be responsible for providing all goods and services and meeting all requirements requested in the solicitation. • The project requires compliance with applicable codes, ADA standards, and the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards. • The Offeror must be able to provide all professional services, including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, landscape architectural, surveying, and geotechnical services. • The project includes the design and construction of ADA-compliant parking, access aisles, pedestrian routes, and associated grading, hardscaping, landscaping, signage, and site improvements serving the Tea Room and Pavilions #2 and #4. • The Offeror must be able to secure all required approvals and permits and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
