Description
The Orleans Parish School Board is seeking professional moving services to safely and efficiently relocate assets from designated facilities to specified destinations. The assets include furniture, office equipment, classroom materials, technology items, and storage inventory. The objective is to complete the relocation with minimal disruption to school operations, within the agreed timeline and budget. The selected firm will be responsible for pre-move services, packing and preparation, transportation, delivery and installation, and post-move services. The contract term will be for a period of one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
