The Ernest N. Morial New Orleans Exhibition Hall Authority is seeking qualified vendors to supply and install video equipment for the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. The contract will cover the provision of complete video‑system solutions, including cameras, monitors, control panels, cabling, integration, testing, and training for staff. The procurement is intended to modernize the venue’s audiovisual capabilities to support conferences, live events, and broadcasting needs. • Scope: supply, delivery, installation, integration, testing, and warranty support for video equipment (cameras, displays, switchers, cabling, control interfaces). • Delivery & installation required before the bid deadline of 23 June 2026, with final system acceptance expected shortly thereafter. • Vendor must provide technical documentation, user training, and after‑sale service for the installed system.
