Bid 24-39 Ledgeview Sewer Pump Station

The City of Rochester is seeking a contractor to upgrade the Ledgeview Drive sewer pump station. The work includes demolition of the existing pump house and generator, construction of new building footings and a pump station structure, installation of a 60 kW 480 V diesel generator with transfer switches, extensive electrical upgrades (new utility pole, conduit, panels, and ATS/MTS), civil works (earthwork, concrete pads, back‑fill with foamed glass aggregate), wet‑well repair and epoxy coating, coordination with utility providers, and compliance with prevailing‑wage, AIS, DBE, and weekly certified‑payroll requirements. • Replace existing 20 kW generator with a new 60 kW diesel unit and associated electrical infrastructure. • Provide temporary standby power at no cost to the City until the permanent generator is operational. • Perform full demolition, site grading, new concrete foundations, wet‑well upgrades, and all required testing/inspection by an independent agency. • Meet strict regulatory requirements (CWSRF, ARPA, Davis‑Bacon, AIS, DBE) and submit required documentation and signage.
