Santa Barbara Veterans Memorial Building RFQ/IOR

The County of Santa Barbara is seeking a qualified Inspector of Record (IOR) to oversee the HVAC, structural, and related upgrades to the historic Santa Barbara Veterans Memorial Building. The IOR will act as the County’s on‑site construction inspector from project start through close‑out, ensuring compliance with codes, schedule, and budget, and providing daily/weekly reports, inspection logs, coordination with contractors, architects, and agency staff, and final punch‑list verification.
