Budget estimate

$90,000 – $1,330,000

The solicitation lists four separate contract amounts totaling roughly $90,950, which represents the minimum guaranteed budget if a bidder wins at the quoted prices. However, the engineer’s estimate range for the entire project spans $983,048 to $1,330,007, indicating that the actual construction cost—and thus the contractor’s revenue—could be substantially higher depending on change orders, scope adjustments, and final negotiated prices. A realistic budget estimate therefore falls between the low‑end combined bid amount and the high‑end engineering estimate. Factors influencing the final amount include MWBE participation requirements, bonding costs, and any additional site‑specific work not captured in the base figures.
