Budget estimate

$750,000 – $2,000,000

The bid deposit is 5 % of the total bid and is quoted as roughly $40,000, implying a total bid amount near $800,000. Given the multi‑county scope and typical NYSDOT bridge‑maintenance contracts, the final contract value could reasonably range from $750,000 for a minimal‑scope cleaning effort up to $2,000,000 if additional preparatory or ancillary work (e.g., minor repairs, corrosion control) is required. Factors influencing the final budget include the number of bridges, condition of structures, travel logistics, and any supplemental services the contractor elects to provide.
