INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCE ADVISORS - Personal Services Contractor

The United States Treasury Department's Office of Technical Assistance is recruiting infrastructure finance advisors to serve as resident or intermittent advisors under personal services contracts. The advisors will provide technical assistance to enhance emerging market governments' capacity to develop financially sound infrastructure programs. The successful candidate should have significant managerial experience and technical knowledge in infrastructure finance and Public-Private Partnership (P3) development and implementation. • The advisor will work in developing and transitional countries worldwide to support U.S. Treasury and U.S. Government economic and national security objectives. • The advisor will provide hands-on technical assistance and policy advice to senior officials and staff at the Ministries of Finance, Public Works, and related agencies in host countries. • The advisor will assist government officials in assessing the optimal project delivery format for their projects with an emphasis on mobilization of private capital. • The advisor will assist countries in building a lasting legal and institutional framework that will support the development of financially viable infrastructure projects.
