Professional Architectural & Engineering Services for Oklahoma Baptist University FEMA Alternate Projects

Oklahoma Baptist University (OBU) is seeking qualified architectural, engineering, and related professional firms to provide design‑build‑consulting services for two major campus projects: a new multi‑use Custodial Building and a set of University Apartments. The work will be delivered via a menu‑style scope, allowing OBU to task the contractor for any combination of design, bid‑phase support, construction administration, environmental permitting, and FEMA‑related compliance. The contract will be awarded on a “most advantageous” basis after evaluation of qualifications, capacity, and relevant experience. The award will result in a one‑year contract term from Substantial Completion, with the possibility of additional services beyond that period.
