TWRA Region 4 Janitorial Services

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for their Region 4 Office in Morristown, TN. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to renew. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the specified services. The services include routine janitorial tasks such as cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing floors, doors, walls, and other surfaces. The contractor will also be responsible for performing special tasks such as window cleaning, carpet shampooing, and floor stripping and waxing. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and supplies, except for expendable supplies such as toilet tissue, hand towels, and soap, which will be furnished by TWRA. • The contractor must employ qualified personnel to perform the services, and must provide supervision and training as necessary. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety and environmental protection. • The contractor must provide a monthly invoice to TWRA, and must notify TWRA of any changes to the services or prices.
