The County of Maui is seeking a qualified professional team to provide comprehensive architectural, engineering, and construction management services for the rebuild of the West Maui Senior Center. The selected consultant will be responsible for delivering a fully permitted and construction-ready project, acting in the best interest of the County throughout the design and construction process. The scope of work includes planning and programming, architectural and engineering design, permitting and environmental compliance, construction administration and management, and FEMA reimbursement and documentation. The estimated cost of the project is $850,000, and the estimated contract time is 2 years. • The project involves the rebuild of the West Maui Senior Center, located at TMK: (2) 4-5-021:016 in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii. • The selected consultant will provide a full range of services, including planning and programming, architectural and engineering design, permitting and environmental compliance, construction administration and management, and FEMA reimbursement and documentation. • The consultant must be licensed to practice architecture and engineering in the State of Hawaii and have qualified construction management personnel. • The consultant will be responsible for delivering a fully permitted and construction-ready project. • The estimated cost of the project is $850,000, and the estimated contract time is 2 years.
